Data Recovery Cheltenham
STOP USING YOUR COMPUTER NOW - Call us on 01242 582011
Has your hard drive failed? have you or someone else deleted your music, photographs or work files ? Do you need to get your data back ? If so, then we have the experience to help.
Firstly, DO NOT USE YOUR COMPUTER. Stop what you are doing and contact us because the more you use your computer, the less chance you have of recovering the data.
As long as your hard drive is working properly, we can recover most, if not all of your data as long as you have not reformatted your drive.
We are a Cheltenham based IT company specialising in Data Recovery . We can recover data in the following situations:
- Accidental deletion of files and folders
- Reformatting of hard drive or partitions
- Resetting a computer or laptop back to factory settings
- Failed external hard drives.
- Hard drives with RAW partition structure
- Loss of MBR or partitions
- PCB burn out or failure
- Most other hard drive issues
The recovery process can be long, especially if you have a large hard drive and numerous files and folders to recover. One recent customer from Cheltenham had a failed LaCie NAS drive with a 1 TB capacity. the hard drive had lost its MBR and partitions and was set to RAW. This meant the entire folder structure had gone and all file names lost. After one week of scanning, we recovered 1,913,000 files.
Worried We'll Lose Your Data ?
We do not open your hard drive. This requires a special "clean room" dust free environment which we do not have.
We do not attempt to repair internal problems. We take your hard drive and try to repair the drive's partitions or master boot records through our hard drive recovery programmes.
If we can repair the hard drive through those means, we can easily recover the data.
If your hard drive's partitons or MBRs can't be repaired, we will perform a data recovery based upon file extensions.
If your hard drive doesn't power on or can't be recognised by the operating system, we'll replace the printed circuit board.
We won't open your hard drive or cause any further damage to your hard drive. This will allow you to escalate the issue to a company that will open your drive and perform data recovery through other specialist means.
